I started my journey at 29 … at the beginning of the transition period from young adulthood to midlife.

I wanted to understand my life as it was and then how to get from there to my “greatest life”. I wanted to live a life where I could “Be Free, Live Free, and Work Free”, a mantra that began to shape my life. So, I went on a search … that lasted 25 years. I was looking for a simple perspective and path through the complex world of personal development … a world most of us get lost in.

I noticed, not only was I struggling, but so many others in this transition between 30-50 years old were doing the same. This was a time when we were realizing the life we were living wasn’t the life we had imagined. We felt trapped, controlled, and therefore quite lost in a life that felt inauthentic, aimless, and not inspiring.

An amazing revelation came to me 25 years later … it all became clear. There WAS a powerful perspective and path that would lead, not only me, but all of us to our authentic, free, and uniquely individual “greatest life”. I called this new journey … “I”-Lignment.
